I read about this on MeCha last week, funny stuff. I don't get what compelled him to do it in such a public place. I mean, dude, go twenty feet off trail and you don't get busted and sent to jail.
Did you see the one about the guy caught buggering a dead and rotting dog in front of a daycare? Yeah. It was his girlfriend's dog and it had been hit by a car four or five days earlier. The WTF? meter exploded on that one.
