ROTFLMFAO

Honest journalism:

"Britney and Kevin: Chaotic"

9 p.m., UPN
It seems like every "misunderstood" celebrity is doing a reality show these days, in some sort of effort to get her side of the story in the public eye. So it's no surprise that singer/actress/icon/Red Bull connoisseur Britney Spears, and her husband/baby daddy Kevin Federline, are taking to UPN to explain their brief courtship and surprise wedding -- using lots of home-video footage. In tonight's premiere, Spears focuses the camera on herself in between performances of her (short-lived) Onyx Hotel Tour in 2004. She finds back-up dancer Federline's honest opinions intriguing, and the two begin spending time together. I can't believe I'm actually writing this paragraph.

You know that Britney's career is starting to tank when she does a riff on Jessica Simpson's Newlyweds show. What's the difference between Britney and Jessica? Jessica is still hot.

I consumed Red Bull one night back in 1988, when I was a college student. Schlitz was very daring to take Malt Liquor Bull and turn it up to an eleven. After consuming several bottles of Red Bull, I felt like I had either staples or wood splinters in my eyes. Or maybe shards of glass.

Unless the reference is to the other Red Bull, the energy drink. But Brit seems like she's wasting away on some high octane malt beverage.

I think the subtext in that entry is "I can't believe I'm still paying off the student loans that paid for the degree which qualifies me to do this. Please shoot me now."

Unless there's alot of footage of Britney dancing around naked, I just don't see the appeal. And even that would get old with her husband in the way all the time.

When will they make my show "Britney and Christina Fight to the Death, At least one will be gone"?
